- SEO matters. 200+ people found the site organically before any marketing.
- Vercel bills hurt. The free hobby plan was not enough. My bill was over $200 by the end.
- Launch fast, iterate later. I built this in 5 hours across two nights. Sometimes speed matters more than perfection.
